You will be eligible for a 100% refund of the total booking cost, less the transaction fee.

Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled workshop or tour date: No refund will be provided. (However, you may check if you are eligible for a partial refund.)

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately by email at infoatatitlan@gmail.com. Be sure to include your name, the activity type, and the date you wish to cancel. The date and time of your cancellation request will be recorded. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank, and will be credited back to the original payment method.
